What exactly is Gigz Backstage ?

Gigz is an all-in-one, simple and intuitive SaaS marketing platform that centralizes all your data to give you a 360° view. Our mission is to make analyzing and leveraging your data more efficient than ever to boost your results. By using our services, you'll be able to easily track all of your sales, as well as launch and analyze your marketing campaigns. We also provide you with a suite of powerful tools that will allow you to engage, convert, and retain your audiences in the most effective way possible.

Who is Gigz for ?

Gigz is designed for event organizers of all kinds: festivals, large corporations, start-ups, concert venues, sports clubs, theaters, and museums. Our platform helps them enhance their marketing performance to ensure the success of their events. We also work with labels and artists looking to boost their music-related revenue.

Is the information I enter in Backstage confidential ?

Our solution aims to give you back control of your data, so all the information you enter in our application remains your property and is handled in strict confidence. Gigz complies with European data protection regulations and registers all files with the AEPD.

Is a free trial available ?

Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you wish, we'll offer you a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Can I upgrade my plan whenever I want ?

You can change your plan at any time. Upgrading to a higher tier is straightforward : simply select your new plan in the "Subscription" section under "Settings." Remember, you can always reach our team by email at support@gigz.fr.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want ?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your "Account" section under "Settings." When you delete your account, your information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by anyone. We recommend exporting all your data before canceling a subscription.

Can I get support if I need it ?

Our teams are available to provide you with personalized guidance at every step. You can manage your projects independently or rely on the expertise of our dedicated project managers. For further assistance, visit our online help center, which brings together all our guides and tutorials.

Can I import my data from another platform ?

Absolutely, you can import your data from a wide range of platforms. Through API keys, we are able to connect you with virtually all existing ticketing platforms and marketing tools, centralizing them directly in your dashboard.
