Of course! You can import your data from many platforms, which is one of the key strengths of our solution. Thanks to API keys, we can connect you with virtually all existing ticketing and marketing platforms to leverage their data and make it as visible as possible in your dashboard.
Our solution is designed to give you (back) control of your data, so all information you enter in our application remains your property and is treated with strict confidentiality. Gigz complies with European data protection regulations and registers all files with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
Yes, you can try us free for 30 days. If you’d like, we also offer a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
You can change your plan at any time. Upgrading to a higher tier is easy: just select your new plan in the “Subscription” section under “Settings.” Remember, you can always reach out to our team via email at support@gigz.fr.
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your “Account” section under “Settings.” Once you delete your account, your information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting all your data before canceling your subscription.
